We delivered a complete automation solution for a process plant handling transformer oil, process oil, tyre wax, and industrial grease — covering all stages from raw material handling to final product filling.

Project Scope

Our system covered the following key areas:

  • Raw Material Handling
    Automated unloading and transfer of base oils and additives using pump and valve control sequences.
  • Bulk Storage Management
    Centralized monitoring of tank levels, temperature, and safety interlocks for multiple storage tanks.
  • Reactors & Blending Units
    Controlled heating, mixing, and batch sequencing using PID control and recipe-driven logic for each product type.
  • Filling & Packaging Stations
    Semi-automated and fully automated filling lines for barrels, drums, and IBCs with precise weight control and flushing routines.
  • Custom Reporting (Optional)
    Basic, customer-defined reports were developed for recording batch activity, material consumption, and filling logs — integrated into the SCADA system for easy export and review.
